PRODUCTION PROCESS

1. DESIGN PRESENTATION

The client presents his design, our design and production team advises him in this first stage, until the desired model, the type of fabric and the materials to be used are obtained.

*If the client requires it, we also propose designs, according to his expectations.

2. SAMPLE PROPOSAL

Having the fabric defined and the materials selected, the production team makes a small sample with the chosen material and textures.

3. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

With the small sample approved, the program for the weaving of the complete garment sample is prepared.

4. SAMPLE APPROVAL

Having the sample of the complete garment, the customer together with the production team, performs an evaluation of the garment to achieve the desired final product, and then move on to the production process.

5. FABRIC OF THE GARMENTS

The weaving process starts with the different sizes and colors required by the customer.

6. JOINING OF PARTS

Once the garments are woven, the pieces are joined together with the plaiting machines.

7. HANDMADE FINISHES

One of our value propositions of our garments are the handcrafted finishes, which give the product a touch of excellence, making extremely delicate seams for a perfect finish.

8. STEAM IRONING

The garment is steam ironed and then labeled and packaged.

9. QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control is carried out in each process through which the garment passes.
We make sure that all garments are in perfect condition and in optimal conditions.
We guarantee that the product meets all manufacturing specifications according to the customer's requirements.
