PRODUCTION PROCESS

1 DESIGN PRESENTATION

The client presents their design, and our design and production team provides guidance during this initial stage until the desired model, fabric type, and materials are determined.

If the client requires it, we also propose designs that align with their expectations.

2 SAMPLE PROPOSAL

With the fabric defined and the materials selected, the production team creates a small sample using the chosen material and textures.

3 PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

With the small sample approved, the program for weaving the full garment sample is developed.

4 SAMPLE APPROVAL

With the full garment sample completed, the client, together with the production team, evaluates the piece to achieve the desired final product before moving on to the production process.

5 FABRIC PRODUCTION

The knitting process begins in the various sizes and colors required by the client.

6 ASSEMBLY OF PIECES

Once the garments are knitted, the pieces are assembled using linking machines.

7 HANDMADE FINISHES

One of the key value propositions of our garments is the artisanal finishes, which give the product a touch of excellence. We create extremely delicate stitching for a perfect finish.

8 STEAM IRONING

The garment is steam ironed before proceeding to its respective labeling and packaging.

9 QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control is carried out at each stage of the garment production process.
We ensure that all garments are in perfect condition and meet the highest standards.
We guarantee that the product complies with all manufacturing specifications according to the client’s requirements.
